Seems like these past four days at sea have dragged on. The Pacific Ocean is very calm, however when watching the horizon, it seems to raise and fall about eight feet. Jerry thinks I’ve finally got my sea legs! Yesterday Captain Mercer had received numerous requests to cruise by a UNESCO world site. He altered our course and we were able to sail by the Ball’s Pyramid. The Ball’s Pyramid is the tallest volcanic stack in the world. It is 1844 feet high, and stands high in the middle of the ocean.
Volcanic mountains on the other side of the boat.
We have traveled 17,346 nautical miles since leaving Fort Lauderdale. Tomorrow (our Saturday, your Friday) we will dock at Darling Pier in Sydney Australia for two days.
Love and miss you guys.
Absolutely beautiful - the water and you.
