What a difference a day makes! We woke up to sunny skies and a new day! We grabbed Jolly and headed into the city. The scenery was gorgeous.
We were dropped off at the Columbus statue, the biggest statue of Columbus in the entire world, and boarded the Hop on Hop Off bus again.
We went into the beautiful Catedral de Barcelona and found our way to a Prayer Room, always good to start the day with Jesus in the forefront of our minds.
Off to shopping! Wild, stylish clothes; if we only knew the girls would wear these we would have bought a suitcase full!
We enjoyed the live artists in the streets.
We found a Burger King and we couldn’t resist – chicken fingers!
The best EVER coconut macaroon and bread from a bakery.
Dad talking on the phone with AT&T about our high usage…AGAIN! Gas at $2 a liter you can see why motorcycles are in demand.
I need to make a correction on the picture I posted as the Olympic Housing yesterday. Below is the correct building that housed the athletes. Big difference! Sorry!
Back on the ship and we are leaving Barcelona. The highlight of my day was talking on the phone with Jude! Sure do miss you sista! Love you to the moon and back.
We are welcoming our day at sea tomorrow so we can recoup. Can’t wait to see you all.
